NEW YEAR'S DAY
Is a Holy Day of Obligation, the Solemnity of Mary Mother of God, which means according to Canon Law, on Sundays and other Holy Days of Obligation, the faithful are obliged to participate in the Mass. Moreover they are to abstain from those works and affairs which hinder the worship to be rendered to God, the joy proper to the Lord's day, or the suitable relaxation of mind and body. Our Masses will be celebrated on New Year’s Eve December 31, 2014 at 5:00 PM. Following the Vigil Mass special Prayers will be said as we end the old year 2014 and look ahead to the New Year 2015. On New Year's Day January 1, 2015 Masses will be celebrated at 7:30 AM; 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Please come out as we thank God for the New Year and Celebrate the Solemnity of Mary Mother of God.
