April 16 Updates

Rejoice! Life is so vibrant in everything around us at springtime, and because of Jesus, all that is within us rejoices too. He has given us peace through hope – forgiveness through love... and eternity through sacrifice. May His peace and love bring celebration and joy to your heart at Easter and throughout the year. Happy Easter!

There are no Religious Ed. classes Easter week. Classes resume Sunday, April 23.

ADULT FAITH SERIES – Starting Mon., April 24 at 1 p.m. in Glover Hall, we will present A History of Christianity: The First Three Thousand Years, a six-part video series presented by Diarmaid MacCulloch, an Oxford history professor whose books on the subject have been acclaimed as masterpieces. A History of Christianity will reveal the true origins of Christianity and delve into what it means to be Christian. Intelligent, thought-provoking and magisterial in its scope, the series will reveal how a small Jewish sect that preached humility became the biggest religion in the world.

If you would be interested in a night-time presentation, please call the Religious Ed. Office (973-669-8331), and if there is enough interest, we will form an evening group.
