April 9 Updates

Thank you to our Confirmation candidates for all their involvement in our recent Parish activities – serving at our Anointing Mass Luncheon, being surrogate bunnies at our egg hunt and, this week, helping us appreciate Jesus's great sacrifice by leading the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. Continue walking in Jesus footsteps!

There are no Religious Ed. classes Easter week.

Please pray this week for Renata Oceljak, our RCIA candidate who will complete her full initiation sacraments this Saturday evening at the Easter Vigil.

ADULT FAITH SERIES - Starting Mon., April 24 at 1 p.m. in Glover Hall, we will present A History of Christianity: The First Three Thousand Years, a six-part video series presented by Diarmaid MacCulloch, an Oxford history professor whose books on the subject have been acclaimed as masterpieces. A History of Christianity will reveal the true origins of Christianity and delve into what it means to be Christian. Intelligent, thought-provoking and magisterial in its scope, the series will reveal how a small Jewish sect that preached humility became the biggest religion in the world.

If you would be interested in a night-time presentation, please call the Religious Ed. Office (973-669-8331), and if there is enough interest, we will form an evening group.
